Happy Canada Day!

Happy Birthday Canada!  We love you!

Every year the Firemen put on a pancake breakfast for Canada Day, and that's a great way to start the holiday!  Terrace doesn't do too much for Canada Day, because we need to save up all our energy for Riverboat Days in August to celebrate the founding of Terrace :)

So we went to the pancake breakfast, and stood in the lineup, Owen got his face painted by the sweetest little girl, who was amazing for so young, painting on everyones faces!  She asked Owen what he wanted, and he just sat there, waiting for her to do up his face, finally she just said do you want a tiger? and he nodded quietly!

I think he was actually saying at this time...."candyyyy" (he had a sucker at this point!)
